Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Pricing: Prices are as quoted and are subject to change. All prices are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Full payment is required before the start of the furnishing project. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Cancellation: Cancellation of an order must be made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date of the project. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
Delivery and Installation: Delivery and installation will be scheduled upon completion of the furnishing project. Any delays in delivery or installation will be communicated to the customer.
Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds once items are delivered unless the item is badly damaged.
Damages: Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a partial refund or repair of the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.
Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, logos, and content, remain the property of PalettePerfection Home.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
